Raising four hungry boys to become strong, healthy young men meant their mother, Annabelle Lee, a former fashion model and author of The Ultimate Grain Free Cookbook, spent plenty of time in her kitchen. Learning that extracted starches and starchy flours raise blood-sugar and promote weight gain, and that grains are problematic for many people, Annabelle chose cleaner, more nutrient dense, 'real food' as staples in her kitchen.
