INGREDIENTS:
dehydrated potato, dehydrated vegetables (carrots, onions, tomatoes, peas, celery, green bell peppers, green beans, parsley), freeze dried corn, dehydrated green beans, dehydrated garlic, dehydrated cabbage, lemon juice powder, black pepper, bay leaf.

ABOUT:
Grandma would approve of this soup mix full of potatoes, vegetables, and flavor. Very low sodium and vegan if you prefer. Meat eaters can add beef broth and cooked shredded beef if desired.
HOW TO ENJOY:
Combine broth, water, and diced tomatoes. Simmer on stove for 30 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Can also be made in slow cooker on LOW 6-8 hours. Remove bay leaf before serving.
PACK SIZE:
Single unit. Each pack makes 5-6 cups of soup.
