Cassie started her business when she realized that with the birth of her second child, traveling to the grocery store 20 minutes away on a whim was no longer in the cards. She began creating her own convenience foods from what she found in her cupboards and found that her ingredient lists were much shorter than what could be found on the grocery store shelves.
