ABOUT:
8 forever-fresh pods of ground Piment d'Espelette Chile, containing 1/2 teaspoon each. This chile’s mild, tomato-like acidity highlights its mild, almost grassy flavor. Essential to Basque cuisine, this pepper pairs perfectly with any roast meat or vegetable. Pods are made of aluminum, the most recycled and recyclable material in the world.
HOW TO ENJOY:
Peel off foil lid and add to whatever's cooking!
PACK SIZE:
8 pods of spice, containing 1/2 teaspoon each (1.15g / 0.04oz), packaged in a paperboard holder. 4 teaspoons of spice total (9.2g/0.32oz).
