ABOUT:
Organic Strawberries infused in an organic rosé vinegar for one year. Only grapes and strawberries make this a healthful probiotic good for shrubs and mixed drinks, salads, cooking, and more! Nice fruity strawberry flavors followed by bright acidity. No heating, preservatives, flavorings, or any additives are needed for this product to be perfect.
The vinegar is made from organic red wine grapes and naturally fermented to promote as many yeasts and bacteria in the fermentation as possible. This probiotic blend of microorganisms is happy to continue all the way through several fermentations until vinegar is the final resting place. This raw, unfiltered organic rosé wine vinegar is bottled and produced by hand at our small family farm in Lyle, WA.

Klickitat Canyon Winery is a small family owned and operated farm. Started as a European inspired winery in 1993 producing unprocessed wines. We have always sourced our grapes locally from the Columbia River Gorge and our motto has always been simple - no preservatives!
Now we produce wine, infused vinegars, fava bean hummus, seasonally inspired pesto, vegetables, pork, and chicken. We maintain our commitment to organic certification and sourcing our ingredients local and fresh. Only whole, in-season ingredients are used in our products which means they are seasonal and fresh!
