ABOUT:
Organic white wine vinegar aged in oak barrel for 8 years before being infused with fresh organic lemons; 10 oz bottle. Citrusy tang makes this vinegar great for salad, salmon, braised brussel sprouts, mixing with drinks, etc.
Our small family farm in Lyle, WA is committed to sourcing local, fresh ingredients for our products. Our products contain zero additives. Naturally fermented vinegar allows for probiotics to flourish and no preservatives keeps them alive. On the farm we promote pollinator habitat and forage by interplanting or border planting native flowers and grasses; hence our Bee Better Certification.

Klickitat Canyon Winery is a small family owned and operated farm. Started as a European inspired winery in 1993 producing unprocessed wines. We have always sourced our grapes locally from the Columbia River Gorge and our motto has always been simple - no preservatives!
Now we produce wine, infused vinegars, fava bean hummus, seasonally inspired pesto, vegetables, pork, and chicken. We maintain our commitment to organic certification and sourcing our ingredients local and fresh. Only whole, in-season ingredients are used in our products which means they are seasonal and fresh!
