Organic Dill Vinegar (Pack)
ABOUT: Organic white wine vinegar aged in oak barrel for 8 years before being infused with fresh organic dill; 10 oz bottle. An herbal vinegar with excellent dill flavor. Great for salmon, mixing in drinks, salad, potatoes, fruit salads, pickling. No heating, preservatives, flavorings, or any additives are needed for this product to be perfect.
The vinegar is made from organic white wine grapes and naturally fermented to promote as many yeasts and bacteria in the fermentation as possible. This probiotic blend of microorganisms is happy to continue all the way through several fermentations until vinegar is the final resting place. This raw, unfiltered organic white wine vinegar is bottled and produced by hand at our small family farm in Lyle, WA.
