ABOUT:
Organic Basil Vinegar – Made from organic apple cider vinegar. This raw apple cider vinegar boasts a blast of flavor. Secondly, the health promoting qualities make it perfect for gifts, salads, salsas, sauces, marinades, stews, mixers, etc. Fresh organic basil is infused into the vinegar for only the perfect amount of time to extract the flavor and maintain the health benefits. No heating, preservatives, flavorings, or any additives are needed for this product to be perfect.
The vinegar is made from an organic blend of apple varieties and naturally fermented to promote as many yeasts and bacteria in the fermentation as possible. This probiotic blend of microorganisms is happy to continue all the way through several fermentations until vinegar is the final resting place. Then, fresh basil is added into the vinegar and infused for several weeks to extract the flavor. This raw, unfiltered organic apple cider vinegar is bottled and produced by hand at our small family farm in Lyle, WA.

Klickitat Canyon Winery is a small family owned and operated farm. Started as a European inspired winery in 1993 producing unprocessed wines. We have always sourced our grapes locally from the Columbia River Gorge and our motto has always been simple - no preservatives!
Now we produce wine, infused vinegars, fava bean hummus, seasonally inspired pesto, vegetables, pork, and chicken. We maintain our commitment to organic certification and sourcing our ingredients local and fresh. Only whole, in-season ingredients are used in our products which means they are seasonal and fresh!
