Wild harvested rosehips and California Oranges create a vinegar that is both delicious and healthy. Full of Vitamin C and probiotics with only apples, oranges, and rosehips. Made by hand at our small family-owned and operated farm in Lyle, WA. With Washington grown apples and rosehips grown on farm. This vinegar is sure to please!
Using regenerative practices to rotate livestock and crops is one of many practices we use to capture CO2 on our farm. Providing forage and habitat for wildlife and pollinators in the process is what truly makes us special. We are a Certified Organic and Bee Better Certified farm that enhances natural habitat while also aiming to restore soil microbial life and people's health. Our products are made with minimal ingredients to benefit people and the planet!

Klickitat Canyon Winery is a small family owned and operated farm. Started as a European inspired winery in 1993 producing unprocessed wines. We have always sourced our grapes locally from the Columbia River Gorge and our motto has always been simple - no preservatives!
Now we produce wine, infused vinegars, fava bean hummus, seasonally inspired pesto, vegetables, pork, and chicken. We maintain our commitment to organic certification and sourcing our ingredients local and fresh. Only whole, in-season ingredients are used in our products which means they are seasonal and fresh!
