ABOUT:
This vinegar uses Ceylon Cinnamon and Orange to create a flavor packed food choice. The cinnamon stick is in the bottle to increase flavor over time. Ceylon Cinnamon is a health promoting food that when combined with the oranges and apple cider vinegar will help cure your body of most ailments.
Our family-owned and operated farm creates this product naturally and by hand in Lyle, WA. Using locally sourced Washington State Organic Apples as the base and allowing a completely natural fermentation brings out the probiotic effect of the vinegar. The ingredients we add to it are completely certified organic and fresh in-season fruit and spices. With no additives or preservatives this vinegar is vegan, Non-GMO, gluten-free, sugar-free, and sodium-free.

Klickitat Canyon Winery is a small family owned and operated farm. Started as a European inspired winery in 1993 producing unprocessed wines. We have always sourced our grapes locally from the Columbia River Gorge and our motto has always been simple - no preservatives!
Now we produce wine, infused vinegars, fava bean hummus, seasonally inspired pesto, vegetables, pork, and chicken. We maintain our commitment to organic certification and sourcing our ingredients local and fresh. Only whole, in-season ingredients are used in our products which means they are seasonal and fresh!
