In The Raw - Pumpkin SuperSeedz

It was the summer of 2003 and I was tired of my boring salad, I was looking for crunch but not croutons (even though I do love them) so when I couldn't find what I was looking for I ended up at my local health food store and brought home pepitas (shelled Chinese pumpkin seeds) and started roasting them in my cast iron skillet. I have 5 children; I would make a jar and would always come back empty. My kids were sharing them with their friends and before I knew it everyone said I should be selling them and that's when the journey began.
