ABOUT:
8 forever-fresh pods of Fenugreek Seeds (India), containing 1/2 teaspoon each. Fenugreek Seed is nutty and sweet, with notes of maple syrup and a slight bitterness. It’s key to many Indian dishes, and brings a fullness of flavor to long-cooked sauces or stews. Pods are made of aluminum, the most recycled and recyclable material in the world.

- To recycle pods: Because most aluminum recycling plants are designed for cans, we recommend crushing your empty pods and sticking them inside aluminum cans. This will ensure the tiny pods don’t (literally) fall through the cracks in the recycling process!
HOW TO ENJOY:
Peel off foil lid and add to whatever's cooking!

We are two NYC-based ladies who do all our own manufacturing and fulfillment, from our facility in Bridgeport, CT.
