Easy and customizable

I loved the chili colorado! I honestly had no idea what the dish actually was but the spice kit and the included instructions made the process smooth and easy. It's also customizable (the instructions say to use flour but I omitted it; it's also traditionally made with beef and I used chicken thighs instead). Super delicious, would def use this spice packet and make it again!
