HOW TO ENJOY:
Crush saffron threads and bloom them in warm milk, water, or broth before adding to dishes—this releases the full depth of flavor and aroma!
Bloom saffron in an ice cube by placing a few threads into an ice cube tray and letting the ice melt over them.
Add a pinch of threads when making risotto, rice or paella to enhance its signature golden hue and rich aroma.
Fold into doughs, buttery bread, cake, or cookie for a subtle floral note and beautiful color.
