This isn't your average chocolate cake mix. We're stone-milling heritage TAM 105 wheat and Rye using old-world European techniques right here in Texas. The result? A deeply complex chocolate cake with a hint of spice that'll make you wonder why you ever settled for boring box mixes. Our proprietary flour blend lets these ancient grains shine instead of hiding behind artificial flavors.

HOW TO ENJOY:

Easy as pie (or should we say cake?). Whisk together 2 whole eggs + 1 egg yolk, 2/3 cup milk, and 1/3 cup oil with the mix. Bake and prepare for chocolate cake that's anything but ordinary - perfect for any day that ends in "y"!
