Very good chips, you can tell that they were fried in tallow instead of cheap seed oils.

Chips taste good and I’m happy with ingredients. However, they would be much better if you made them thinner. They are tougher to chew than other tortilla chips. Thinner chips would also have fewer calories and carbs per chip which would be an added benefit.
