After an unplanned series of period disasters and reproductive adventures, Asha hopped in her Delorean and became friends with her period. She spent two years researching periods and guinea pigging hormonal healing practices from around the world and learned that her period vibed well with certain foods. Fun Fact: Phasey's brand identity and packaging design were inspired by retro grocery packaging and books!
