I take this tincture regularly whenever I feel the first signs of getting sick, and it usually knocks it right out of my system! If I lag a little bit and take it after symptoms have already developed, it still works well and significantly shortens the length of my illness. Highly recommend as a staple to have on hand at the first signs of any oncoming sickness!
