Finally a protein source that's actually enjoyable. These cookies are so soft and chewy. You would never know they're actually healthy. I have a sweet tooth and I eat these almost everyday as a snack or dessert. I can't wait to get the protein brownies!

Texture not ideal

I was a little disappointed. The cookies do not have a crunchy exterior with a soft/chewy center. They have a consistency like cake.
