"Meat" THE LOTTIE: Really, our version of a “big kid hot dog," if you will, but packed with more flavor, more elegance and more fun! Crafted using only whole muscle cuts - pork loin & pork shoulder - and expertly seasoned with nutmeg, paprika, & coriander, the Lottie is smoked to perfection and fully-cooked (making it a convenient, clean & creative addition to any dish)!
HOW TO ENJOY:
On a sheet pan, in a bun, tossed in a pasta or soup - the Lottie is our go-to for every dish! A versatile protein that kids and adults enjoy alike!
