Lottie's Bratwurst Sausage - GF, All Natural (5-Pack)
ABOUT: Each Lottie's Bratwurst is 3 ounces of fully-cooked, snappy goodness - filled with all-natural pork, fresh mustard seeds, ginger and nutmeg. This is a good-for-you ‘wurst that packs the protein, flavor and fun with a snap you can't forget!
Lottie's Orders are processed on a weekly basis and ship out Mondays & Tuesdays of each week.
HOW TO ENJOY:
Thaw, Heat & Serve!
(1) Thaw. For best results, allow sausages to fully thaw in refrigerator before preparing.
(2) Heat. Cover & saute on a stovetop with 1/2 inch water or with your favorite beer for ~5 minutes. Flip the sausage and remove the lid. Once liquid has evaporated, you will get a nice caramelization (and SNAP) and you are good to go. On the grill, all they need is ~8-10 minutes
(3) Serve. We love to serve with creative toppings on your favorite bun, but they are also great as the main attraction on a snackable board, in a power bowl, seasonal soup, pasta and more!

I can't get enough of the Lottie's brats!!! You can really taste all of the spices, I especially love the texture of the mustard seeds. The ladies at Lottie's really know what they're doing. Can't wait to try the other flavors:)

We had given up eating sausage cuz I knew how most of it was made. Yuck! When we found Lottie's, we were thrilled. High quality ingredients & fabulous flavor. It is so good that I shipped some to my sausage-loving kid in VA. So much to love about Lottie's!

I made Bratwurst Hogies with fried potatoes, onion and peppers with pepperoncini and honey mustard. Delicious\nLoved the Bratwurst flavors! Very tender!

We have tried every Lottie's sausage available and have not been disappointed. We have made breakfast sandwiches, scrambles, pasta dishes and straight up brats + kraut. Opportunities = endless. We love its female, sister-owned and that the meat is sourced from their family farm and doesn't contain nasty processed junk. They keep it fresh and interesting so we keep coming back for more!
