Founded by Vinita Parekh, our mission is to make ancient superfoods and clean, plant-based nutrition accessible for busy lives. We focus on "food as medicine," using high-quality ingredients like water lily seeds to create snacks that nourish both body and soul.

Fun Fact: Our brand started with a "mother’s care package!" When Vinita’s son went to college, he struggled to find healthy meals. She began mailing him hand-mixed spice and grain kits—the original Karma Kitchen.
