The Matzo Project

Brooklyn, NY

The Matzo Project is bringing a line of Brooklyn-Made, Miami-Grandma-inspired, actually-and-truly year-round matzo and matzo-adjacent products to an overlooked and outdated corner of the ethnic food aisle.

On a whim and a crumb, our founders and summer camp chums Ashley Albert and Kevin Rodriguez set out to make an alternative to a culturally beloved, but traditionally flavorless flatbread and instead, got a super-snappy, extra-sturdy, crazy-versatile snack.
