Sleep Easy Tincture

Heartsong is top-notch! I purchased the Sleep Easy formula and found my body and mind shift easily and swiftly towards sound sleep. I finally feel rested, thanks to this tincture! You can feel the love and care in every drop. Thanks, Heartsong Herbs!

The holy grail of sleep remedies! I will forever have this bottle next to my bed and in my travel bag. I struggle with staying asleep, not necessarily falling asleep, although It helps me with both. I suffer from waking up in the middle of the night ruminating, or tossing and turning because of chronic leg pain. Now if that happens I immediately turn over and add two droppers full under my tongue, drink a little water and go back to bed. This has been the only thing that has helped me sleep through the night. I can tell it works best when I take it consistently before bed and allow it to build up in my body. I don’t even wake in the middle of the night anymore. It’s truly been a life saver for someone who struggles with getting a full nights rest. I never feel groggy like when I take melatonin or other sleep aids. I also feel reassured that it’s coming from plants. Highly recommend sleep easy (and Anxiety Away) if you’re like me and your brain never stops!

My daughter said it actually worked for her and that saying something!

Sleep Easy has really help me go to sleep and not wake up two or three times during the night. I’m getting a restful sleep now.

This is the only thing I’ve found to help me sleep through the night.
