ABOUT:
A clear mid point between black tea and green tea, the organic oolong tea has biscuity and peppery aromas with tannic notes of malt and sweet caramel. This oolong tea is sure to delight both the beginner and the sophisticated tea connoisseurs.
HOW TO ENJOY:
Use approximately 2 grams of tea per 8.5 fl. oz. of water at 160º F, steep for 4 minutes.
