We love ruby crunch on salmon, veggies, in stir fry, etc!

This chili crunch is probably the spiciest I've ever had since it's made with ghost peppers. I have tried it on rice, vegan orange chicken, potatoes, broccoli, and chicken casserole, among other things, and it elevated every dish. Ultimately, I do prefer a chili crisp brand that has a bigger and bolder variety of crunchy textures (like soybeans and fried garlic instead of just sesame seeds). So while I give Ruby Crunch 5 stars as an innovative small business, I will probably go back to buying lao gan ma for a more satisfying texture and more affordable price.

Just rhe right amount of spice. I love it on my eggs in the morning.

Ruby Crunch is the best!!! I love that it has the Sichuan heat and that it doesn't contain soy or onions! I can't wait for the spicy version!
