ABOUT:
Since 1993 our goal has been to create high quality health promoting products sourced from locally from organic farmers. We continue to promote this concept and more by using regenerative farming practices that create habitat for pollinators and wildlife in and among our farm. Our organic standards raise the bar with no-till CO2 sequestration and enhanced permanent cover cropping with native flora. We love our customers and ensure our products are cold infused for maximum probiotic benefits!
- This red wine vinegar is produced by hand at a small family operation in the Columbia River Gorge.
- The vinegar is aged for eight years in barrel to intensify the flavor and preserve the probiotic microorganisms.
- Fresh rosemary sprigs are infused into the vinegar for one year before it is bottled.
- All of the grapes used to make this vinegar are sourced from within 40 miles of the facility in Lyle, Washington.
- This vinegar is vegan and keto-friendly, with no added sugar for a low-carb option.

Klickitat Canyon Winery is a small family owned and operated farm. Started as a European inspired winery in 1993 producing unprocessed wines. We have always sourced our grapes locally from the Columbia River Gorge and our motto has always been simple - no preservatives!
Now we produce wine, infused vinegars, fava bean hummus, seasonally inspired pesto, vegetables, pork, and chicken. We maintain our commitment to organic certification and sourcing our ingredients local and fresh. Only whole, in-season ingredients are used in our products which means they are seasonal and fresh!
