This is a beautiful Early Harvest EVOO from the Koroneiki varietal grown in Messenia, Greece.
Exquisitely balanced between bitterness and pungency with aromas of fresh-cut grass, green banana, apples, and flowers.
This oil is as close to perfect as an Early Harvest EVOO will get. Enjoy!
Tasting Notes: This oil is medium - fruity with hints of bitter arugula, artichoke, basil, and sweet pepper.
