HOW TO ENJOY:

Shake well before use. 1-3mL (squeezes) up to 3x daily. Maitake tincture is easy to take by simply adding 1-3 droppers daily to a glass of water, juice, smoothie, coffee, teas and the like.

For the best results, we recommend taking our tinctures directly under your tongue. This method allows the beneficial compounds to be absorbed quickly and efficiently into your system.

Simply use the dropper to place the tincture under your tongue, hold it there for about 30 seconds, then swallow. This ensures you get the maximum benefits from every drop!
