How to Enjoy:

Do not attempt to take these tinctures sublingually/straight up unless you are highly accustomed to the taste of potent plant medicine. For the tincture newbie, expect these to taste awful.

Add to still or sparkling water, kombucha, warm tea, smoothie or mocktail. Allow 20-30 minutes after completing a dose for full effects.

Take Braven anytime, but especially prior to facing a known stressor or in response to feelings of overwhelm. This formula is non-sedating.

Take Nocturne 30 minutes before bedtime. This formula is sedating and should not be left where little hands can reach them.

For best results take both vials within 12 hours of each other, for at least 2-3 days consecutively.
