ABOUT: 8 forever-fresh pods of Kashmiri Chile (India), containing 1/2 teaspoon each. Smoky, slightly fruity, with a mild, well-rounded heat and a jaw-droppingly vivid red color. It’s used widely in Indian cuisine for its flavor, heat, and especially color. Pods are made of aluminum, the most recycled and recyclable material in the world.

HOW TO ENJOY:
Peel off foil lid and add to whatever's cooking!
