Vinegar,Filtered Water, *White miso paste (organic whole soybeans, organic handmade rice koji, sun-dried sea salt, Blue Ridge Mountain well water, koji spores), Sea Salt, Lemon Zest, *Spices, *Citric acid. *Organic. **(Both vinegars with "Mother" diluted with water to 5% acid strength).
