Our Honey Lavender Caramel is made with a local honey that adds an intoxicatingly sweet touch that is tempered while also complimented by the lavender flowers and melded with our classic smooth and creamy texture that we get with grass-fed, low-temp pasteurized cream from a Texas dairy.
