WOW! Not only is this helpful for tension headaches but I've noticed now that I'm taking it daily I haven't had any of my typical tension in my upper back and shoulders. I had body pain weekly and now it's completely gone. Herbs work and Wooden Spoon Herbs are the best of the best!
