I'm a 29 year old vers guy. I've never believed that supplements like these work - it looks like it's all just marketing hype and suspect companies trying to rainbow capitalize their way into an underserved audience. I tried pure but it left a gelly residue and was NOT ideal. So, I just stuck to the normal things and didn't think much of it.But, then I saw these guys at Denver Pride last summer. They were really nice and knowledgable and seemed like they were coming from a good place. So I bought a bottle, and man! I've been on it for the past 6 months and have seen a world of difference. It feels like my whole digestive system just flows solidly and smoothly everyday. I still use the bulb sometimes just to be sure, but when I've been in not so convenient hot situations, the pills haven't let me down and baby I'm a believer. 5 stars. Highly recommend!

This fiber supplement seems to be pretty good. It has added calcium as well as psyllium husk. I don't love how you have to take three capsules per day. Makes the bottle of 120 go pretty fast. It doesn't work overnight. I had to take it for about a week before I noticed a difference.
