Délice Glacé is a family owned business and this is how the 5 of us enjoy our meringues. Rez eats them straight out of the bag, Azarmeen enjoys dipping hers in her afternoon tea, Farah eats them for snack in her yogurt and berry parfait, Tahm floats them on his coffee or hot chocolate and Zar crumbles them onto his ice cream for dessert.

When she was a stay-at-home mother, our founder became passionate about creating clean sweets and treats for her children; made with minimal ingredients, minimal processing and without artificial ingredients. Meringues were the natural wholesome treat; they are naturally gluten free, dairy free, nut free and fat free. A tasty home science lesson for her children morphed into an entire line of French meringues that can be found at over three hundred retailers including Whole Foods.
