ABOUT: Our quinoa-millet wild-ferment sourdough with whole and ground flax seeds for added fiber, omega-3s, and antioxidants. This bread is as delicious as it is nutritious.
HOW TO ENJOY:
Grindstone breads eat best when toasted. Experiment a little bit to find what amount of “toastedness” is right for you.. After that, let this bread be your canvas! Great as simple toast or a chef-worthy, open-faced, artisan sandwich. It pairs well with avocado, cream cheese, goat cheese spread, butter (or vegan butter alternative), nut butters, jams… the possibilities are endless. Enjoy!
