A sweet-and-spicy blend made with all natural pork shoulder, finely ground and expertly seasoned with chile flake, sage, thyme and grade A maple syrup. From breakfast sandwiches to lunchtime pizzas to pasta dinners, this sausage is perfectly balanced for every dish, every day.
Lottie's orders are processed on a weekly basis and ship out Mondays & Tuesdays of each week.
HOW TO ENJOY:
Remove packaging and pan fry on medium-high heat for 6-8 minutes until cooked through. For best results, thaw before cooking.
