Inspired by her native Mexico, Regina makes deeply deliciosos snack sticks with nopales (a.k.a. prickly pear paddle- the most sustainable Mexican plant), ancestral seeds and flavors straight outta the cocina! We source directly from farmers in Mexico, work with woman of color & use real, mercado-fresh spices. Nemi Snacks is on a mission to elevate Latinx cultura.
Fun Fact:
Outside of Nemi Snacks, Regina is an attorney doing human rights work and hopes to bring un poquito de Mexico to your snacking experience!
