Barbacoa Mexican Simmer Sauce

SALSAOLOGY is a modern Mexican kitchen brand reimagining traditional recipes through clean, easy-to-use simmer sauces. Made with real ingredients and no shortcuts, our sauces help you cook bold, authentic meals in minutes - no abuela required (but always approved). Each jar celebrates regional Mexican dishes made for everyday kitchens.

Fun Fact: SALSAOLOGY was born when our founder Lori couldn’t find sauces that honored her Mexican upbringing and busy lifestyle as a working chef and mom - so she created her own in her kitchen.
