This is our chef-crafted, clean and creative spin on a classic: italian sausage! Fresh ground pork shoulder made with garlic, fennel, and calabrian chiles - a perfect ground sausage to elevate any pasta, pizza, soup or savory dish 🤌!
HOW TO ENJOY:
We like to thaw and crumble sausage into a skillet on medium-high heat for 7-8 minutes (unitl cooked through). It's already great to add to a pizza topping, pasta dish or casserole and bake until cooked through! Find the latest recip inspo @lottiemeats and let's get cooking!
