Right now, we have more new products coming through our doors than our team can keep up with.
The Role
Bubble Goods is looking for a sharp, detail-oriented Junior Operations Associate to join us for the next six weeks as we head into the busy holiday season and prepare to launch our new platform.
We're looking for someone who can jump in quickly and help our Operations team review and approve new products so we can get them live on Bubble Goods.
This is a great short-term opportunity for someone who wants hands-on experience inside a fast-moving startup. We're heading into our busiest time of year and preparing to launch a major new version of the Bubble Goods platform, so you'll be joining at an exciting (and very busy!) moment.
What You'll Do
- Review new product submissions for completeness and accuracy
- Check product information, ingredients, images, descriptions, pricing, and other required details
- Flag missing or incorrect information for follow-up
- Help approve and organize products before they go live on Bubble Goods
- Work through a high volume of submissions while maintaining strong attention to detail
- Pitch in on other light operations projects as needed
What We're Looking For
You don't need years of experience. We're looking for someone who is smart, fast, organized, and extremely detail-oriented.
- Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment
- Excellent attention to detail
- Able to learn new software and processes quickly
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets, web-based tools, and large amounts of product information
- Communicate clearly when something looks wrong or you have a question
- Able to move quickly without sacrificing accuracy
- Interested in startups, operations, e-commerce, food, or consumer brands
Compensation & Growth
$20/hour.
This is a part-time independent contractor role for approximately six weeks, starting ASAP.
