Perfect Lunch Protein

I started meal prepping this jerky and some veggies and crackers for my lunch while working and it has been my favorite meal. Crazy to think I can get that much protein in without having to cook a thing!

Obsessed with this jalapeño jerky. It’s got a nice little heat that builds, but you can still taste the bison. Not crazy spicy. Just enough to keep you reaching for another piece. Seriously so good.
