Pellegrino's
Our story begins with Great Grandma Paulina, whose love for southern Italian cooking became the heartbeat of our family. Her treasured recipes took two paths: one through Aunt Anna, who married into the Rao family and inspired one of New York’s most iconic restaurants, and the other through our grandmother and mother, who kept Paulina’s originals alive. In 2018, we launched Pellegrino’s® to share those flavors with the world.
Pellegrino’s® is an independent company and is not affiliated with Rao’s or its business operations. Our connection is purely one of family heritage and shared tradition.

I've used this on everything from spaghetti to homemade meatball subs, and it never disappoints. It's the kind of sauce that makes even basic breadsticks taste gourmet.

My kids are crazy picky eaters, but they cleared their plates with this sauce. Now its our go-to for quick weeknight dinners, and I love that its made with simple ingredients.

Layered and Rich

The taste is so layered and rich without being too salty or sweet. It's like its been simmering on the stove all days exactly the kind of homemade flavor I look for.

I was shocked by how bright and vibrant this sauce is. Even with a simple bowl of pasta, it tastes like a special night out at my favorite Italian place.

I served Pellegrino's marinara at my cousin's birthday party, and everyone wanted to know my secret recipe. Nobody believed me when I said it was straight from a jar!
