I have struggled with insomnia since 2011 after a traumatic event that deeply affected me. Over the years, I've tried numerous natural remedies to solve this frustrating nightly occurrence without any sustained success. I have considered prescription options, but I've always hesitated due to concerns that they wouldn't be a good fit for the holistic journey I've committed my health to. When family members suggested that I try Sekwl, I was skeptical that their Chamomile would offer any help. Boy, was I wrong!!! I tried my first can & slept ALL NIGHT for the first time since 2011. I actually cried tears of joy that next morning. I have been drinking Sekwl's chamomile every night since then. I might wake up during the night but I am able to go back to sleep without leaving my bed! I am beyond overjoyed with this beverage!

Love this for after hikes, during work, or as a treat at the end of the day. Not sweet or artificial. Truly, refreshing. It is taking the place of my diet coke habit.
