Keystone Farms was at the Medford NJ Apple Festival today. I was leaving when I saw their booth and was intrigued by this cheese. Since I'd never had it before, I just got one package. I had it for dinner tonight, sliced and melted on a bagel….it was just so good. I saw another review that felt it was too salty but it was perfect for me (maybe the bagel cut the salty taste?) I certainly plan to order more online and since this one was so good, I want to try some others as well. So glad I stopped at your booth!

Sampled their Black Truffle Goat at the Gettysburg Wine Festival and purchased two along with other cheeses and curds. Delicious cheese with prominent truffle flavor! Highly recommend for any charcuterie platter. Amazing customer service.

This is by far our FAVORITE! Just purely delectable. I've always been an aged cheddar fan in general but my spouse hated cheddar. THIS cheese has won her over and we will always always have this cheese on hand!
