The founder, Mackenzie, is vegan and started the brand to have more plant-based options available that you feel great about feeding your family. As a vegan she struggled to find high protein, plant-based options for breakfast that would fuel her active lifestyle. Our overnight protein oats contain 20 grams of protein per serving and are certified USDA Organic, Women Owned, Non-GMO, Kosher, and GFCO. They are a great lower sugar option that will keep you full until lunch!

So delicious, great protein content - a little messy when opened so be careful! Love them for an on the go breakfast.

Filling, tasty, great textural contrast! I soaked them overnight in milk and added a splash more in the morning - while I wasn't sure on the first bite, once I got the little nibs of chocolate and the coconut, it was just the right am

These not only taste great, but keep you full until late afternoon! Other overnight oats, I start feeling hungry around noon and after these, I'm not ready for lunch till 1-2pm. Highly recommend!
