Simrancooks is a New York-based culinary woman-owned business founded by Simran Khiantani, offering ready-to-eat Spanish hot sauces and condiments inspired by the her mother-in-law’s recipes from the Canary Islands. And if you're wondering, she did have a great relationship with her mother-in-law!

"The Red Drizzler," a hot sauce based on the traditional Mojo Rojo, and "The Mother Mix," a versatile Spanish 'sofrito' cooking base. The Red Drizzler is crafted in small batches using clean ingredients without artificial flavors or preservatives, and is vegan, containing no dairy, nuts, or gluten.
