Our brand name refers to the New Croton Dam located in Cortlandt, NY, our goal to do Dam Good and to make Dam Good tasting English muffins! Handmade in small batches with our naturally fermented sourdough starter, no preservatives or added artificial anything, they're crispy on the outside, soft and chewy on the inside, and full of that amazing, unique texture of peeks and valleys that make an English muffin so iconic!
