Chaotic Good is a family business in Richmond, Virginia, founded in 2019 by chef Keith and his partner Rachel. We ferment whole chickpeas, not soy, for 36 hours with the same live culture used for tempeh in Java for 400 years. That ferment makes our jerky chewy and packs 20g protein and 16g fiber into every bag. Soy free and made without the 9 major allergens.
